For shipping, we dispatch via Australia Post pre-paid satchels which feature a two plus day shipping time frame as advised by Australia Post. We can dispatch using Express post satchels if required so simply select that option at time of ordering however note that Australia Post generally can’t guarantee next day delivery even though it’s the ‘express’ option although it should be faster than regular post. Also, at peak times of year such as Christmas for example postage time frames might increase from the regular time frames.’

 

Returns

For returns, we offer a no questions asked 14-day full refund period should you change your mind or find that the pump kit isn’t suitable for your unique situation for whatever reason, stuff happens! In this situation, you’re only required to pay the return postage to us.

Should you wish to return the pump kit simply get in touch and we’ll arrange for the return and full refund and if requested by you we’ll try to help you resolve any problem causing the need to return the product.
