At Adventure Pumps we are laser-focused on designing, testing and hand building the highest quality water transfer pump kits possible. We do this by leveraging our 20 plus years’ commercial experience working in the pump & water systems industries and our full-time experience living and working on the road testing our products in real word situations and only using products and suppliers that we know and trust. As a result, although pump kit failure is highly unlikely when used as recommended, we are proud to back our pump kits with a one-year warranty against manufacturing faults and/or componentry for additional customer piece of mind.
Should you have an issue during the one-year warranty period, simply make contact with us and we will do our best to assist you to resolve any issues.
Note: When we hand build your new pump kit, we factory test the system by pumping 20 litres of water to ensure that your pump kit is fully operational, fault free & ready for use as soon as you receive it. Don’t be alarmed if water is present in the pump or hose on arrival, it’s simply residual moisture due to our factory testing process!
